I understand that sometimes you're in a rush, not in the state of mind to worry about the details, or you're just tired of thinking about your problem or project. You just want it done. If this is you, or if you are confused by the questions, feel free to send me an email instead. You can find a link at the bottom of this page. You're also free to leave most of the categories in the form blank if you choose. However, this process is designed so that the more specific you are on the front end, the faster and more efficient I can be on the job site - which translates to more of your to-do list crossed off per visit and a better value overall. I've done moving and handyman work for a long time, and so much misunderstanding and inefficiency can arise from not having the right questions answered before showing up to work. This form is my effort to help us begin on the right foot with clear communication, saving us both time and minimizing surprises for everyone. With that said, the Request Services form is mainly for first time clients or complicated projects. The majority of returning clients simply send me a text with pictures, their to-do list, and when they want it done, and I put them on my schedule. After this first time, it will be as simple as that.
