Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (hereinafter known as the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of these Terms of Use by you, including any use of Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use. You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith. SMS COMPLIANCE INFORMATION
SMS Program Description
You will receive SMS messages from us to answer your questions, converse about your service requests, schedule or confirm appointments, and provide service updates.

We collect only the data that you choose to share with us when you submit a service request booking form, information request form, or review form. Only your name, email, and preferred contact method are required to be submitted. All other information, including your phone number, physical addresses, and details about the work you want done, are entirely optional.
SMS Message Types
Message types you may receive include: answers to your questions, conversation about the details of your requested services, scheduling or confirming appointments, and providing service updates. Users will not receive account alerts or promotional messages, and will only receive informational messages that they have explicitly solicited.

Message Frequency
We do not use SMS messaging for promotional or marketing purposes. Our SMS behavior is initiated solely by explicit user request. If you request services, information, or to leave a review, our message frequency in response will vary, but will never exceed what is minimally sufficient to adequately reply to you.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and requests, but you may receive multiple messages per inquiry or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. For help, email us at forrest@handyforrest.com.

Messages will be sent no more than once per week unless you continue the conversation or initiate a new one. Users may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on their interactions.

If you ask questions of us or submit a service request without adequate information to perform the work you request, you can expect to receive at least one or two SMS messages from us until we have satisfied your query or gathered enough information about the work to confirm or deny that we can or will perform it. These types of messages will consist of answers to your questions, and conversation about the details of your requested services, scheduling or confirming appointments, and providing service updates.
